To expedite delivery, most U.S. orders will be shipped via DHL Express from our office in California. Orders to the UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia will be shipped from our studio in Athens, Greece.

Every Enea creation is handmade by in-house technicians in our Athens studio. Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 3-7 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order, plus shipping time.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an automated email with the tracking info of your shipment. In case you have not received a tracking number, please contact us at [email protected].

Please email us at [email protected] with your order number within 12 hours, and we will try to accommodate your request.

We gladly offer returns or exchanges within 30 days from the day of delivery. To ensure we keep our prices fair for all customers, a return shipping fee of $35 will apply and will be deducted from your refund amount.

*For orders placed between November 12 and December 20, the return window is extended until January 31, 2025. Outside of this period, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the day of delivery.*

Pieces must be returned unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by their authenticity card. Free items must also be returned. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom orders, personalized and engraved items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
