Your satisfaction matters to us. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Because each piece is crafted in our Athens atelier, return processing requires international handling. A $35 return shipping fee applies to all returns, exchanges, and repairs.
To begin, email contact us and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Once your piece arrives at our studio, we'll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with authenticity card included. Promotional items must be returned if your order no longer meets the promotion threshold.

Most orders ship from our US facility in California for fast delivery. If an item is not available in the US, it ships directly from our Athens studio at no extra cost and within the same timeframe. Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could occasionally be longer than usual.

Currently, we focus exclusively on serving customers within the United States to ensure the fastest delivery times and best customer experience. We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as US territories. International shipping may be available in the future as we continue to expand.

Yes, we offer expedited shipping for urgent orders. Express delivery (1-2 business days) and Priority delivery (2-3 business days) are available at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping applies to delivery time only — made-to-order items still require 2-5 business days crafting time before shipment.
