Returns & Exchanges

 

To us, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied. This is why we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the day of delivery.

For returns, exchanges, or repairs, a $25 shipping fee applies, and must be covered by the customer.

To process a return or exchange, please reach out to hello@eneastudio.com and we will provide you with a prepaid return label. Once your item is received in our studio, our team will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. 

Please ensure that items are returned unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by their authenticity card. Free items must also be returned. If a partial return causes your order total to fall below the required threshold for the promotion, the free item must be returned. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

The following items, due to their nature, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

— Custom orders.
— Personalized and engraved items.
