At Enea, we stand behind the quality of our materials and time-honed craftsmanship, offering a 2-Year Warranty against any defects in materials or workmanship.
If you experience an issue with your piece, please contact us at hello@eneastudio.com with clear photos of the item. Our team will review your request and provide instructions along with a prepaid shipping label to mail the piece back to our studio.
The repair service itself is completely free, but a $25 shipping fee applies, which must be covered by the customer.
Once your item has been carefully inspected and repaired by our technicians, we’ll notify you and ship it back promptly.
What is Covered:
- Material Defects: We guarantee that your 14K gold jewelry is free from any defects in craftsmanship and materials.
- Workmanship: We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and ensure that your jewelry has been manufactured to the highest standards.
What is Not Covered:
- Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or tarnishing that may occur over time.
- Loss or Theft: We are not responsible for any loss or theft of your jewelry.
- Unauthorized Repairs: If your jewelry has been repaired or modified by anyone other than us.
- Accidental Damage: Accidental damage, such as dropping or crushing the jewelry, is not covered under this warranty.

            In-Stock Items: 3-5 business days for delivery Made-to-Order Items: 2-5 business days crafting time + 3-5 business days delivery Most orders ship from our US facility in California for fast delivery. If an item is not available in the US, it ships directly from our Athens studio at no extra cost and within the same timeframe. Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could occasionally be longer than usual.

Please note that expedited shipping applies to delivery time only — made-to-order items still require 2-5 business days crafting time before shipment.

            We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If your jewelry doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. For both returns and exchanges, a $25 shipping fee applies and is covered by the customer. We include a prepaid return label with every order, and our customer service team will help you find the perfect size or alternative piece. Your satisfaction is our priority—we want you to absolutely love your Enea jewelry.

For orders shipping from our Athens studio, international tracking is provided so you can monitor your package's journey from Greece to your doorstep.
