Every piece we send out is made by our own hands, in our own workshop. We are not resellers. We design, cast, set, and finish every piece ourselves. That changes everything about how we stand behind our work.
Because we make our pieces, we can also remake them. A snapped chain. A loosened prong. A missing stone. A piece that needs resizing years from now. Nothing leaves our care just because time has passed. Our designs do not retire and our doors do not close on a piece we have made. Your jewelry can always come home.
Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty
Every piece is covered for life against any defect in materials or craftsmanship, for as long as you own it. If something is wrong with how your piece was made, we repair or replace it at no cost to you. No deadlines. No fine print designed to trap you.
This is the part you do not need to worry about. If a stone is set unevenly, a clasp fails at its solder point, a finish is inconsistent, anything that traces back to us, we make it right.
Beyond the Warranty
The warranty covers our craftsmanship. For everything else that happens to a piece you wear and live in, we offer atelier service for the lifetime of the piece:
- Professional cleaning and polishing
- Prong tightening and full inspection
- Stone replacement
- Repair on snapped chains, broken clasps, dented bands
- Resizing
- Recreation of pieces lost or damaged beyond repair, since we design and craft every piece ourselves, nothing is ever truly out of stock
Most services fall between $45 and $200. We always quote before any work begins, and no repair is ever started without your approval.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty covers our craftsmanship. It does not cover damage from accidents, mishandling, or wear inconsistent with the piece. For example:
- Snapped or pulled chains from impact or strain
- Stones lost from accidental damage
- Damage from chlorine, perfumes, or harsh chemicals
- Wear from sleeping, swimming, or athletic activity in delicate pieces
- Lost or stolen pieces
- Repairs or modifications carried out by a third party
If any of these happen, please do not worry. We can almost always restore or recreate the piece through our atelier service. Send it back to us. We will make it right at a fair cost.

Most orders ship from our US facility in California for fast delivery. If an item is not available in the US, it ships directly from our Athens studio at no extra cost and within the same timeframe. Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could occasionally be longer than usual.

Currently, we focus exclusively on serving customers within the United States to ensure the fastest delivery times and best customer experience. We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as US territories. International shipping may be available in the future as we continue to expand.

Yes, we offer expedited shipping for urgent orders. Express delivery (1-2 business days) and Priority delivery (2-3 business days) are available at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping applies to delivery time only — made-to-order items still require 2-5 business days crafting time before shipment.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for eligible items. If your jewelry doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within the specified period. For both returns and exchanges, a $35 shipping fee applies and is covered by the customer.
