Every Enea piece is crafted with 14k solid gold for long-lasting durability. Unlike plated gold, solid gold is water-resistant and will not tarnish upon contact with water or sweat.

To keep your pieces intact over the years, just follow these simple tips:

When not worn, store them in their jewelry box or soft pouch to prevent scratching.
Avoid direct contact with chemicals, harsh sprays, and body lotions, as this may cause the surface to darken or lose its shine.
Clean gently with mild soap and use temp water for rinsing. Don’t aggressively scour, as this may remove the protective wax coating.

Shipping & Orders

Where do you ship to?

We ship all over the world and it's FREE.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes or military bases.

Where will my order be dispatched from?

To expedite delivery, most U.S. orders will be shipped via DHL Express from our office in California. Orders to the UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia will be shipped from our studio in Athens, Greece.

How long will it take to get my order?

Every Enea creation is handmade by in-house technicians in our Athens studio. Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 3-7 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order, plus shipping time.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an automated email with the tracking info of your shipment. In case you have not received a tracking number, please contact us at hello@eneastudio.com

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please email us at hello@eneastudio.com with your order number within 12 hours and our team will try to accommodate your request.

Can I edit my address after the order has been placed?

If your order hasn't shipped, we can edit the shipping address. Make sure you contact us at hello@eneastudio.com as soon as possible.

Will I be charged for customs, duties or VAT upon delivery?

For orders delivered within the EU, United States, UK, Canada, Australia, and Switzerland, there are no additional charges upon delivery. For not listed countries, customs or import fees may apply, and the customer is responsible for covering these costs.

Will my order be insured?

Our standard shipping does not include insurance coverage. If you would like to explore insurance options for your order, please let us know at hello@eneastudio.com and we can provide you with available choices and associated costs.

What should I do if my package is lost?

If you believe your package was lost in transit, contact us at hello@eneastudio.com and we will do our best to resolve the situation promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my piece?

We gladly offer returns or exchanges within 30 days from the day of delivery. To ensure we keep our prices fair for all customers, a return shipping fee of $35 will apply and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Pieces must be returned unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by their authenticity card. Free items must also be returned. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom orders, personalized and engraved items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I return or exchange my item?

Please contact us at hello@eneastudio.com to initiate a return or exchange. Our customer care team will get back to you with a prepaid return label and the shipping instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Once our team has received and inspected the returned item, you will receive a refund confirmation email. It may take up to 10 business days for refunds to be posted to your bank account.

Warranty

What is your Warranty policy?

At Enea, we stand behind the materials, design, and craftsmanship of every piece, and we are proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty for any material or workmanship defects.

This Warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, normal wear, loss or theft, or unauthorized repairs.
