Promise Rings

A promise ring occupies a specific place in how jewelry works. Not an engagement ring, not a wedding band. A ring given before any of that, to mark a commitment that exists before ceremony, outside of it, or instead of it entirely. Some are set with diamonds. Some are plain gold bands. The point is the gesture and the material it is made from, not the stone size or the occasion attached to it.

Every promise ring here is solid 14k, 18k and 10k gold or 925 sterling silver. Plain bands in yellow, white, and rose gold that wear the same on the day they are given as ten years later. Diamond-set styles where a single stone or a row of pave carries the weight of the piece without announcing it. Engravable rings where a date or a word goes into the inside of the band in solid metal, permanently. A gold engravable ring in solid gold holds an inscription exactly as cut because there is no plated surface to wear through.

For a gold promise ring that works as an everyday piece, dainty gold rings carries fine band styles with and without stones. For something with more presence, diamond rings includes solitaire and pave styles that suit the category well. For a 14k gold promise ring within a specific budget, gold rings up to $300 and gold rings up to $500 filter directly by price. For a coordinated set, gold necklaces carries pendants and chains that wear alongside the ring without matching it too literally. For the same ring in white gold, white gold rings carries the full range in the cooler metal.
