1. Sponsor
The ENEA November Draw (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Enea Global Holdings LLC, 1425 Maritime Street, Oakland, CA 94607, USA, doing business as ENEA ("Sponsor"). Questions may be sent to hello@eneastudio.com.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in their state of residence if older, at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and members of their households are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period and Drawing Periods
The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on November 5, 2026 and ends at 12:00:00 p.m. ET on November 29, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device. The Promotion Period is divided into three (3) drawing periods:
- Drawing Period 1: November 5, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. ET to November 15, 2026 at 12:00:00 p.m. ET. Drawing on November 15, 2026.
- Drawing Period 2: November 15, 2026 at 12:00:01 p.m. ET to November 22, 2026 at 12:00:00 p.m. ET. Drawing on November 22, 2026.
- Drawing Period 3: November 22, 2026 at 12:00:01 p.m. ET to November 29, 2026 at 12:00:00 p.m. ET. Drawing on November 29, 2026.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter. Both receive equal consideration.
Online: During the Promotion Period, visit eneastudio.com and complete the entry form that appears on the site by submitting a valid email address.
By email: During the Promotion Period, send an email to hello@eneastudio.com with the subject line "November Draw" and your full name in the body of the email. The email must be sent from the email address you wish to enter with.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Additional entries will be disregarded. An eligible entry that is not selected as a winner is automatically carried into each later drawing in the Promotion Period, so an entry received earlier is eligible for more drawings. Entries are void if they are incomplete, illegible, automated, made through a third party or bulk service, or made in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, or not received for any reason.
By entering online, you agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing does not remove your entry from the Promotion.
5. Winner Selection and Odds
On or about each drawing date listed in Section 3, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner at random from all eligible entries received through the end of that drawing period, including eligible non-winning entries carried over from earlier drawing periods. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each person may win only one (1) prize in the Promotion. A person who wins is removed from later drawings.
6. Prize
Three (3) prizes will be awarded in total, one (1) per drawing. Each prize is five hundred US dollars ($500) in ENEA store credit, redeemable on eneastudio.com (approximate retail value: $500). Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $1,500.
Option for winners who have purchased: If a winner placed an order on eneastudio.com during the Promotion Period and before the drawing in which they were selected, and that order has not been cancelled or returned, the winner may choose to receive the prize as a refund to the original payment method on that order instead of store credit. The refund will equal the amount paid for that order, up to $500. If the amount paid was less than $500, the remainder is issued as ENEA store credit. If the order is later returned, any return refund will be reduced by the amount already refunded under this Section.
Store credit expires one (1) month after the date it is issued, and any unused balance is forfeited at that time. Store credit has no cash value, is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Store credit may be used together with any offer running on eneastudio.com at the time of redemption. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Any taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. Winner Notification
Each potential winner will be contacted privately by email at the address used to enter, within two (2) days after the drawing. The potential winner must reply within seven (7) days of the notification email and, if they wish to use the purchase option in Section 6, identify the qualifying order. If a potential winner does not reply in time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries for that drawing. Winners will not be announced publicly.
8. Winners List
To request the first name and state of residence of each winner, send an email to hello@eneastudio.com with the subject line "November Draw Winners" by December 31, 2026.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, or who acts in violation of these Official Rules. If the Promotion cannot run as planned because of a technical failure, fraud or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion and, where permitted, select winners at random from eligible entries received before the event. Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion are final.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any claim, injury, loss or damage arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize, to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including errors in email delivery, website availability or the transmission of entries.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Promotion and, for online entrants, to send marketing emails, as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from the Promotion will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California.
13. Not Affiliated
The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest or any other social media platform.

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange eligible pieces. Exchanges and store credit are free: contact our customer care team and we will send you a prepaid return label. If you prefer a refund, a $35 return shipping fee and a 10% recycling fee are deducted from your refund.
