14k gold contains 58.3% pure gold, giving it a richer, warmer tone and making it the traditional standard for fine jewelry worn close to the skin. 10k gold contains 41.7% pure gold and is marginally more resistant to surface scratching, making it a strong choice for pieces subject to constant contact. Both are solid gold, both are crafted by hand in our Athens workshop, and both are built to the same construction standard our family has upheld for three generations.

Laki Tasatzis, a third-generation goldsmith trained in Athens with a background in archaeology and material culture, oversees every piece that leaves our studio. The Vouclos family spent 70 years building its name as meticulous goldsmiths before bringing that craft to the US market, and that history is present in every pair of earrings we produce. You are not buying from a production facility. You are buying from the family that made them.

Yes, absolutely. Solid 14k gold is hypoallergenic and nickel-free, so no rash, and your earrings always look as new. You can wear them every day, everywhere.

Our 14k gold earrings start at $128. Plain solid gold studs and hoops are between $128 and $448. Diamond styles are mostly between $200 and $1,000, and natural diamond studs go up to $4,950. The price depends on how much gold goes into each piece and on the diamonds.

Gold plating wears off over time. Solid gold earrings are hypoallergenic and will always look as new. They will not discolor, turn green or lose their shine, and you can wear them without thinking too much. You do not have to take them off in the shower, while swimming or at the gym. They are there for always.

Yes, absolutely. This is the magic of having them in real solid gold.
